Two more questions: Does the track have any artwork associated with it?
(Usually, this is the album cover.)
Do you see the iTunes icon anywhere in the interface? For example, if
you select an album or artist in QS, the “Play” action should show
the iTunes icon. Or in Preferences → Triggers, you could check that
the icon appears next to the iTunes section.
