Like Patrick said, this is a known problem. We have a couple of ideas
for fixes.
In the meantime, note that 1.2.0 is still a pre-release. If you want,
you can go back to the current stable release (1.1.3).
If you do, you’ll need to clear Quicksilver’s cache before it will
work properly. One way is to run this in Terminal:
rm -r ~/Library/Caches/*Quicksilver
