This has been fixed in 1.2.0 which is currently available as a
pre-release.
If you want to stick with the current version, you could try this as a
work-around:
* Bring up the plug-in updater.
* Go to http://qsapp.com/plugins.php
* Of the plug-ins you can see on screen, look for ones with matching
version numbers on the web page and download them. (Only the latest
versions show on the web, and a couple require 1.2.0, so make sure the
versions match.)
* Install whatever you were able to download and restart.
* Try the update again.
Hopefully, that will reduce the list enough to fit it on screen.
