Is there a way to block activation depending on what app is foreground? Specifically I'd like to block any activation when a couple full-screen games I play are foreground, since not only do I activate by accident all the time, the bezel doesn't even show up, so the only way I can tell I've activated is that the pointer changes and suddenly all the game action keys I type stop working.
