I believe I’ve seen this problem before, but couldn’t reproduce it reliably, 
and also I thought it still happened even when Quicksilver wasn’t running.
For me, it’s a .dmg that’s in my Downloads folder. I *think* it mounts every 
time I run an action with a 3rd pane
