Sounds to me like something went wrong with installing the updated plugin. 
Quit QS, then delete ~/Library/Application 
Support/Quicksilver/PlugIns/com.blacktree.Quicksilver.QSTerminalPlugIn.14B.qsplugin.
 
When you open QS again, try reinstalling the Terminal plugin again.
