OnePassword only syncs the encrypted Keychain with iCloud, hence why it’s not 
working. You could try enabling the ‘advance’ feature called “Enable 
integration with 3rd party apps” (in the 1Pwd prefs), but I don’t know where 
the files are then stored. I suggest you get in touch with the Agile support 
team and ask how to export the unencrypted keychain items when using iCloud 
sync.
