I posted the latest crash log at https://gist.github.com/anonymous/c4a36cac2203181f9306 as you suggested. I also followed one of the procedures consisting in disabling all plugins then activating them one by one.
Disabling the plugins did the trick and am now activating them to see which one is causing the issue.
