I'm having a possibly related problem.

When I invoke the trigger with a hotkey (eg cmd-d), quicksilver looks like
it's working as expected:

1st pane: done.txt
2nd pane: Append Text...
3rd pane: [blank with cursor]

The problem: Quicksilver interprets keystrokes as input for the 1st pane
(ie typing does not enter text in the 3rd pane, as expected, but instead
searches my catalog in the 1st pane, as would be expected when initially
invoking QS). Eg if I type "f", Finder.app appears in the first pane.
However, the focus does not return to the first pane; eg typing "delete"
has no effect.

This is for QS 1.2.1 (4010)
