I have experienced the same thing on 10.7

QS v1.2.1 and v1.2.2 are not supported by OS X 10.7, and should not be
showing up as updates for you. I can confirm however that there is a bug if
you are upgrading from v1.0 on OS X 10.7 - the download server *would*
offer the latest (unsupported) versions of Quicksilver.

This is something I have now fixed
