Sounds like your user does not have permissions to write to the 
Applications folder. If so, I'm surprised that QS isn't prompting you to 
enter an admin password in order to give it permission to make the move. At 
any rate, you can always just drag QS into the Applications folder manually 
in Finder and then not worry about it any more.
