That small window is the Primer interface. I’m not sure how it would
appear unless it’s the one you always use, but if you used it all the
time, you probably wouldn’t call it “strange”. What interface do
you have selected in the preferences?
What’s the action in the second pane for these triggers? (It should be
Open.)
