I've used AppDelete, which removes all relevant files, including everything 
in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver. I just deleted caches, and 
there's no change.

Strange: there is no mnemonics.plist file in ~/Library/Application 
Support/Quicksilver. I guess that's the problem. Why that might be, I have 
no idea. I've been using Quicksilver since 2007 and never had a problem 
before Yosemite.
