Is it meant to work at all?
It won’t work with Quicksilver, as Etienne explained, but don’t
overthink it. OS X lets you do this without any special tools (as long
as the name of the menu item never changes).
Go to System Preferences → Keyboard → Shortcuts → App Shortcuts
