Create a custom catalog by selecting File and Folder Scanner, then 
/path/to/Opera's/bookmarks.html, next in the Info pane, tab Source Options, 
select Include Contents: HTML Links. As for the bookmarklets, they should 
run fine, just select one in the first pane with Run Javascript as the 
action.
