It's most likely a bug, can you create an issue at
http://github.com/quicksilver/quicksilver/issues with the following
information:

* Your version of Quicksilver (make sure you're using the latest)
* Your version of OS X
* Your version of the mouse triggers plugin
* If you're using an external or built in display
