Install WordService <https://s3.amazonaws.com/DTWebsiteSupport/download/freeware/wordservice/2.8.1/WordService.zip> from Devon <http://www.devontechnologies.com/download/products.html> and use Statistics… service as action. You also get a plethora of other services.
