Surprised you couldn't reproduce it with my example in the Guest account. If it 
happens for me with a brand new QS setup (no preference tweaks or plugins) in a 
virgin OS X it must be replicable mustn't it? 

Unless I just didn't describe what I did to produce it very well, which is 
entirely possible!
