I would like to attach a hotkey to apps like Slack so that when they are
not active, they come to the foreground, and when they are active, the same
shortcut hides the app.

Right now I am faking that behavior as follows ($app is the app I want to
set up):

   1. Go to Triggers in the QS preferences
   2. Create a Keyboard Trigger for opening $app
   3. In the Info window, set it as disabled for $app
   4. Keeping the QS prefs open, trigger the shortcut
   5. Trigger QS
   6. Run "Current Application => Menu Items... => Hide $app"
   7. Use only the mouse to switch back to the QS prefs
   8. Click the + button to add a new Keyboard Trigger
   9. The new trigger has the last action in it, save that
   10. Using the info window, set it as only enabled for $app

This works, but is a lot of work, error prone, and you end up with two
trigger entries.

So I would like there to be an action that opens an app if it is not
foreground, and hides it if it is.

Is this a sane request, and is this the correct place to ask for it?

Thanks!

Wout.
