Just a PSA to anyone that doesn't know this but for the longest time I've set up my mac's function keys to Trigger various apps using quicksilver such as mail and safari but for a long time it seemed to take me always to the desktop when an Trigger was used if the respective app was running in full screen. Today it suddenly hit me that the show window option was switched on for all of my trigger apps and I realized that it was shifting to the desktop to 'show' the window and activating the app.
Switching this off for each app finally takes me to the right 'desktop' for the application. I wish I'd realized this earlier but thought I'd share for those not aware.
