Make sure you are using the latest plugin, the ‘Open in 1Password’ action was actually removed from the latest plugin since it did not work properly.
First check your Quicksilver version (the latest is ), then check your 1Password Plugin version (the latest is 3.0.0) It may be possible the auto update is not working in the version of Quicksilver you have.
