It crashes, or it hangs? I’ll assume “hangs” for now.
When you select certain actions, the third pane has to be populated with
valid options for that action. In the case of Move To…, that’s a
list of folders in your catalog.
If getting information about one or more of those folders is slow, it
can result in a noticeable delay. Do you have an external or network
drive mounted?
