I would, but the contact Seth now comes up first and both options (Set As 
Default and Decrease Score) are enabled. I do notice that Skitch is now second 
and its Set As Default is enabled and its Decrease Score is grey. Maybe 
Decrease Score is only enabled for the top selection (that sounds vaguely 
familiar)?

My old manual would seem to support that: 

You can manually adjust the score of an item by ⌃-clicking on it to bring up a 
menu of choices. If you choose “Set as Default for…” then the selected item 
will match if you type the same abbreviation again. You can undo an 
abbreviation by choosing Decrease Score in the menu.
