You might need to go to Preferences → Catalog → Quicksilver and enable “Quicksilver Catalog Entries” before you set up the trigger. The action you want is “Search Contents”.
let's say I specifically type "Chemical Technology Update"
Never type that many characters. Let Quicksilver do the work. You should be able to find that with just “ctup” or something similarly short.
