The Google Calendar plug-in hasn’t been updated in years. It was never
recompiled for 64-bit CPUs and if you try to load it now, it will get
moved to `~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/PlugIns (disabled)`.
That explains why you don’t see its action.
I’ll see if I can adjust the plug-in list so it won’t appear to
current versions of QS, since that’s probably confusing.
There’s a very small chance that the plug-in would still work if we
recompiled it for 64bit. If anyone wants to test it and let me know, I
can update the listing. I don’t and won’t have a Google account to
test with.
As for the regular Calendar plug-in, as far as I know it works (I never
use it) and if it was hooked to Google Calendar, the data should end up
there.
For text I've used the exact example from Lifehacker article so
the format shouldn't be a problem. Any tips?

Maybe someone else out there actually uses the Calendar features and can
offer tips?
