Generally,
1. Quit Quicksilver if it’s running
2. Restore `~/Library/Preferences/com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist`
3. Restore `~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver`
4. On 10.9 or later, to be safe, you might want to run `defaults read
com.blacktree.Quicksilver` in Terminal to force it to recognize the
recently copied file
5. Start Quicksilver
