Rob - I've for many years used 'MailSteward <https://mailsteward.com/>' to archive my emails - it's an excellent app in many ways and John Seward is a responsive developer. However, I had an issue with it after having upgraded recently with regard to its asking permission to access Mail.app on Mojave. John found an API to force MailSteward.app to ask repeatedly for permission to access Mail until the answer was 'yes'. This defeats Mojave's trait of asking only once and then never again. So, in the case of QS, for example, the fact that the request for permission dialog may be hidden by QS itself, and therefore missed by a user, never to be seen again is obviated by the use of this API which John has now incorporated into his app.
