Thanks for the suggestion, however blacklisting BetterTouchTool does not
help.
When opening BTT (using QS) with iTerm as the active app:
"Unknown Clipboard Object: Unknown Type from iTerm2"
When opening on a blank Desktop:
"Unknown Clipboard Object: Unknown type from Finder"
After some testing, it doesn't matter how BTT is started
(via open, Spotlight, etc.) a UCO will be generated for the active application.
I've just discovered that BTT comes with its own clipboard manager:

which I've not activated.
QS clipboard input freezing happens randomly after a reboot - when both
apps are automatically started.
Quitting BTT and QS, restarting QS then BTT appears to allow QS clipboard
to function normally.
