Install the User Interface plug-in.
With that, you can select an application and use the **Menu Bar
Items…** action see a list in the third pane. You can also select an
application and run the **Show Menu Items** action. This will redisplay
Quicksilver with a all of the menu items in the results so you can
search them there.
This might seem basically the same, but for the latter action, you can
create a trigger more easily. In the video, I suspect Phil had a trigger
set up for Current Application ⇥ Show Menu Items.
