The issue returned after another reboot (for searchability: Interface Changed Interface could not be loaded. Switching to Bezel).
Think I figured it out though -- somehow Product -> Scheme got switched from `Quicksilver Distribution` to `Quicksilver`; switching it back resolved the issue.
