Less than 24 hours later, Apple Mail plugin appeared again in my list of 
plugins in QSapp… It was maybe in the process of updating!

Everything solved now and what a pleasure to be able to interact with Apple 
Mail from Quicksilver again! 😊 It has been a long wait…
