BS/BA in IT Business Management, Computer Science, or other IT related field
5 years applicable experience.
·       Familiarity with broad array of IT Infrastructure components and
terminology.
·       Outstanding written/verbal communications. Must be able to
communicate efficiently and effectively with business partners and executive
management;

·       Ability to design and document business and technical processes for
an organization and help implement them;

·       Ability to design clear project plans and reports for client,
technical and managerial audiences;

·       Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks
and managing resources to achieve target dates;

·       Experience working in a large, complex global organization in an IT
related field;

·       Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work
effectively in a team/task force as a participant or team leader.

relationships with clients, colleagues and senior management.

·       Initiative and resourcefulness in complex environments; flexibility

language. Able to prepare, present, and defend/explain technical

*Desired Skills:*
Knowledge of Hardware and OS platforms, and Data Center and Network
Operations, Database and Web platforms.
·       Familiarity with Configuration Management database concept and
tools.
Proven practice in ITIL process management preferred and knowledge of
international IT standards and audit compliance requirements associated with
Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO20000, ISO27001, COBIT.

·       Solid project management skills in planning and monitoring projects
in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.

Professional security qualification and certifications in ITIL and related
certifications (ISO20000, ISO27001, COBIT etc.)

·       Familiarity with BMC Remedy, SAP and CA Clarity a plus.
