Title: Business Analyst Location: Raleigh NC Duration:9 Months Please send your's Consultant Resume to [email protected] REQUIRED: • Understanding of highly technical concepts • High level of understanding both business processes and developing best method to implement these business processes in software. • Strong testing background ABILITY TO: • Summarize and explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical/business team members. • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, and manage the group dynamics. Develop, establish and maintain effective working relationships /partnerships with customers by responding to needs & exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identifying & developing solutions. • Utilize technical understanding of computer programs and applications to develop detailed functional requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and test plans. • Conduct gap analyses to define the differences between the application functionality desired by the clients and the out-of-the-box functionality of the COTS application. • Coordinate testing efforts and document test cases and executed test results. Track and communicate testing issues between the client organization and the COTS vendor.
