We are looking for *System Support Analyst** *for one of our client at *Charlotte, NC**.** *Please let me know your interest. *System Support Analyst* *Location: Charlotte, NC* *Duration: Long-Term* *Required * · 1 – 3 years of experience in the installation, relocation, testing, maintenance and advanced design of Telecommunications solutions (voice, data & video) or a combination of equivalent education and work experience. · 1 – 3 years of experience in the installation, relocation, testing, maintenance and advanced design of Telecommunications and/or Network solutions (voice, data & video) or a combination of equivalent education and work experience · Previous experience required for troubleshooting a variety of voice network based issues as well as experience with troubleshooting ARD, MRD, Hoot-n-Holler, and voice trading protocols · Experience in production support and implementation on Trader Voice technologies · Strong knowledge of and experience in of advanced Telecommunications hardware, software and configurations, network infrastructure and design. · Background in voice support for large enterprise environments, ideally within financial services and/or trading floor experience. Preferred · Must be capable of working at all levels and in all phases of voice troubleshooting and administration. · Ability to provide technical consulting to all LOBs and Internal suppliers. · Ability to run, test and decode TCP/IP. Identify the correct IP address class and subnets. · Ability to work with interoperability problems and challenges or multiple protocol and complex voice networking environments.
