Kindly respond back with your *updated resume*, and *your availability* for new projects and I will call you to discuss further. *Please reply me your email at **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Position:- * *SAP ARIBA Downstream Consultant Duration:- Contract Location:- Omaha NE* *Responsibilities:* • Solicits requirements by identifying a desired future state that addresses a business problem • Articulates requirements to the lowest level of detail that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives and project success • Design integration approach between Ariba and downstream processes currently supported by SAP SRM and CLM • Provide accurate effort estimates for business analyst tasks, assisting others where needed • Assess solution options and prioritize competing business demands • Manage relationships with business partners to drive satisfaction with IT • Assists other less experienced Systems Analysts in training and work quality validations • Consult on product lifecycle management • Create Product process and integration maps • Recognize and participate in the management of the Product(s) lifecycle from strategic planning through support and decommissioning • Contribute to the recommendation and implementation of Product best practices and toolsets to increase quality results and service bandwidth • Contributes to Business Case and ROI efforts • Configure systems to support Business requirements, where applicable • Define and execute quality product test plans and test scripts, utilizing HPQC for test and defect management; mainly responsible for Functional Unit Testing but also engages in test planning and execution of Technical Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing • Work collaboratively with other Business and IT Product and Support Teams to ensure communications, transparently integrated processes and seamless support delivery • Identify and address critical issues that could impact the fit and quality of solutions and escalate as needed • Participate in product-related project plans, resources and deliverables to defined timelines and scope • Assist in advising and guiding colleagues on any aspect of the Product, including training for other IT product or support teams, and business partners where appropriate • Leads other in the practice of business analysis *Required Qualifications:* • Highly motivated and self-directed • Minimum of 3-4 years of SAP experience in SAP’s Material Master, Purchasing, Invoicing, Inventory Management modules. Has a good understanding of SAP procurement concepts • Experience with SAP SRM is a plus as we will be replacing SRM with Ariba • 8+ years of Ariba Downstream Experience ( Techno Functional): P2O, Invoice Management and Payment modules • Previous Ariba Downstream cloud implementation experience with SAP backend; knows the differences /challenges of Ariba On-Demand implementations • Experience with Ariba catalog management, configurable items and external punch-out catalogs (3rd parties) • Ariba Upstream (SIPM, Sourcing, Contract) experience and how to integrate with Downstream • Understanding of webservices, ITK and interfaces etc. provided by Ariba to support POC Work • Involvement with multiple custom developed product and project life cycle implementations • Possess an understanding of information management project and quality control best practices • Ability to maintain a clear focus on achieving results that meet professional and quality standards, within agreed timescales • Demonstrate initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards • Pro-actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement within the department and acting upon findings to initiate improvements • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present information both to technical and non-technical customers/stakeholders, in appropriate media and form Desired years of experience*: Above 5 years Thanks for your time & Consideration..
