They must be able to work with Data, i.e. pull the data, understand usage patterns, analyze, and then convert them in requirement. They must be able to works as a independent contributor and be flexible in working on all development life cycle tasks. *Key Qualification:* · *Must have 12 years of* experience in data analysis and minimum 5 years of experience in *BigData *related projects. · Must have solid experience on SQL and ETL. · Must have strong analytical skills (Scientific approach to revealing compelling findings). · Must be self motivated to take initiatives and thrive in an ambiguous work environment. · Demonstrate ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure with a high degree of flexibility. · Should be able to understand data architecture and functionality in a short span of time.
