*Job Roles/Responsibilites*

• Discovers, reviews, analyzes and evaluates client’s technical environment
for the purpose of determining specific requirements for implementations
and custom enhancements.

• Installs and performs technical configuration for CareAdvance Enterprise
both internal and client owned environments.

• Assists with the evaluation and testing of new systems or enhancements
before deployment to the client to ensure compliance with functional
specifications.

• Triages and troubleshoots complex CareAdvance Enterprise software,
configuration, and environmental issues.

• Acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff as relates to
assigned projects.

• As appropriate, recommends changes to functional processing and reporting
that would improve the client’s efficiency and service.

• Mentors client staff to ensure their ability to support themselves
through ad-hoc technical training, consulting and presentations.

• Has the authority to render decisions and execute the responsibilities as
described.



Must Have Skills:

*Job Roles/Responsibilites*

Requires Bachelor's degree or Current RN/LPN License

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

§ Responsible for leading clients in product workflow design and
configuration activities

§ Knowledgeable in the Care Management processes: Utilization Management,
Case Management, Disease Management

§ Knowledgeable of NCQA, and URAC requirements

§ Proficient in the Standard Solution offering for CareAdvance Enterprise
including standard workflows and content

§ Provide functional CareAdvance product knowledge related to the various
client requirements

§ Provides supervision of 2 - 5 people.

§ Conducts periodic status checks with customers and team to assess
progress against plan.  Monitors and adjusts project variables as necessary
throughout project.

§ Resolves issues timely and accurately and escalates as appropriate.

§ Suggests improvements in service delivery processes and techniques and
prepares weekly status reports on all project activities.

§ Communicate to Project Manager status of clinical/business related
tasks   and activities.

§ Managerial Responsibilities:

Assignments are received in the form of objectives; determines how to use
resources to meet goals; has ability to recommend changes to departmental
policies and establishes procedures that affect the organization





Must Have Skills:

Current license- RN

Knowledge of Care Management Process- CM/DM/UM

Knowledgeable of NCQA, URAC, and Medicare and Medicaid requirements
