In case you are not interested, it will be nice to let your friends know of this position who may be a potential fit *Adobe AEM Lead / Developer* *Location: Detroit, MI* *Duration: Long term* *Candidate with I-94 Travel history will be considered only.* *Required Skills:* · Responsible for the overall design and architecture of AEM implementation. · Lead technical strategy and oversee design & implementation of application. · Strong knowledge on various AEM 6.x modules like Sites, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Multi Site Manager (MSM), Integration with Adobe Target, Tagging, Replication Agents, Environment Configuration including Dispatcher, rewrite configuration for SEO requirements etc., · Basic Knowledge of Various Adobe Marketing cloud: Social Collaboration (SoCo), Marketing Campaign Management (MCM) · Good Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google analytics with enterprise search, analytics and personalization · Managing the backlog of projects and enhancement tasks along with JLL Product Manager, Adobe Managed Services and Implementation vendor · Provides oversight of development code reviews before Staging and PROD deployments. Ensures that all environment DEV/Stage are in compliance with SOC2 and JLL security policies. · Responsible for L3 support such as application maintenance, minor enhancements and production supports and provide Adobe platform-based solutions. · Optimize application performance and scalability · Analyze tickets related to application and other integrated system · Responsible to track defects, backlogs, create status report, create knowledge base and have ability to prioritize the tasks · Gathers requirements from end users for minor enhancements and features · Independently lead the estimation effort for enhancements · Serves as Subject Matter Expert for architecture and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager deployment into an existing system. · Help setting up the environment (Author and Publisher, Dispatcher server setup) · Providing consultation to application teams · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
