*Roles & Responsibilities:*
· Implements core Java/ Spring code to support Enterprise
Applications and Services
· Ability to solve complex analytical and logical problems. Come up
with designs/solutions
· Responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining projects
in accordance to the AGILE model
· Required to architect and design frameworks or components and
then follow through with the coding, testing and integration of those
components, usually working as part of a team, but sometimes on their own
· Responsible for code quality and adherence to standards
· Participate in design reviews and identify potential mitigation
strategies for technical risks
· Maintain and deliver complete project documentation in clear and
comprehensive manner
· 8.Report status against the project plan and Possess ability to
communicate clearly with project team
· Able to work some flexible hours, as required by Project Manager,
to meet project deadlines
· Produce high quality code utilizing Test Driven Development
techniques.
· Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and
testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application
design specifications.
*Candidate should have strong consulting background and have *
· 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in an agile
design/development environment
· Experience in software application workflow design
· Web application design
· Some graphic design required
· MS Surface, iPad experience a plus
· Strong written and verbal English
· A positive outlook, a passion for software engineering and the
ability to work as part of a team
*Required Skills:*
1. Must have hands-on Enterprise Java development experience.
2. Should have experience or a keen interest in developing applications
using Spring, Hibernate, GIT and common integration testing frameworks.
3. Should have experience with RESTful services and have a solid
understanding of how to profile enterprise applications for performance
bottlenecks.
4. Expertise in below technologies is mandatory
a. Technologies: Java 1.7, Spring, Hibernate, Adobe Flex, REST &
SOAP Web Services,
b. SCM Products: GIT, STASH,
c. Agile Methodology
d. Software Tracking Tool: JIRA
