*Rate: $50/hr*





*Required Skills:*

·         Agile coach with 5+ years of experience on delivering enterprise
products based on Scrum methodology

·         Defines the Scrum ceremonies for running the project including,
and not limited to, the definitions of Epics, User Stories, Acceptance
criteria and Definition of Done

·         Actively leads the team on following Scrum ceremonies, defining
team norms, self organization and sprint commitments

·         Drives the team to a product mindset and is a hands-on guide to
team members in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully
adopted and understood

·         Define and setup program Kanban boards to ensure a clear
visibility into product backlog, sprint backlog, story execution and
definition of Done

·         Establishes Scrum of Scrums to manage cross-team dependencies to
identify and resolve any conflicting priorities or resource constraints

·         Defines the change and CI process to execute and track the
program deliverables

·         Anchor and champion for the Product Owner to help drive the team
during Backlog grooming, story sizing, sprint planning, sprint demo,
standups and story grooming tasks
