In case you are not interested, it will be nice to let your friends know of this position who may be a potential fit *BPM Lead/Architect* *Tampa, FL (Preferred) / Dallas, TX* BPM Architect responsible to develop, migrate and implement BPM based solutions using Bonita BPM software. Responsibilities: · Lead key client engagements, driving the analysis, architecture, design and implementation of BPM projects · Collaborate with business SMEs and project team members to prepare software requirements specifications and prototypes for translation into structured application programs. · Configure, debug, unit, systems, integration test and document new applications and enhancements including, but not limited to forms, reports, records, business rules, underlying logic and interface components (web services and others) on development projects as assigned. · Collaborate with database administrators, data stewards, quality assurance team, system engineers, network engineers and other staff to implement developed solution, ensure data integrity, consistency, security and privacy. · Assist project manager in estimating durations for tasks, deliverables and activities. · Adhere to organizational policies, standards and best practices in application development, documentation, and maintenance that support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) following an Agile development approach · Provide technical expertise and actively participate in creating systems development, software, hardware, and application development standards, procedures and policies Qualifications: · Business Process Management Tools Development Best Practices – preferably Bonitasoft BPMS – Pega or any other major BPMS platform or workflow tool will be considered · Good understanding of RDBMS and experience in design, development of relational DB solutions · Java design and development skills, object oriented design and development · Experience in Services Oriented Architectures (SOA) to develop integration components · Conceptualize and build solutions, accelerators, re-usable components and other IPs around the BPM platforms to help accelerate BPM development and create differentiators · Interface with the Clients and lead proposal response, solution architecture and development. Work on PoCs and Pilots for clients · 9+ Years of IT experience in BPM and exposure to Bonita BPM platform · Has to be hands on (able to design and code), with experience in architecting and designing complex BPM and EAI solutions, lead architecture and code reviews and design refactoring · Proven process mapping, process improvement, BPM architecture and design skills.
