In case you are not interested, it will be nice to let your friends know of this position who may be a potential fit. *Linux Administrator with AWS * *Location: Raleigh, NC* *Duration: 6+ months* *Candidate with I-94 Travel history will be considered only.* *Description:* • 3+ years’ experience providing system support and administration • 3+ years Linux administrator • Experience with AWS • Linux system engineering experience and good familiarity with Linux scripting • Experience working with, configuring, and building tools for process automation and management (Python, Ruby, Puppet, Chef, Ansible) • Familiarity with open source tools (such as HAProxy, nginx, Chef) • Familiarity with DNS management and CDN technologies is an advantage • Experience with different types of data stores and caching mechanisms (Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Redis) • Proficient in evaluating and expressing physical deployments using UML and other industry standard notations. • Strong knowledge of scripting languages (i.e. Pearl, csh, etc...) • Comprehensive knowledge of storage related products and technologies (SAN, NAS, storage pools, host level mirroring). • Understanding of different storage area network topologies • Strong documentation skills • Must have the aptitude and the interest to work in a variety of technologies • Past development experience will be an advantage.
