In case you are not interested, it will be nice to let your friends know of this position who may be a potential fit. *Sr Microstrategy Developer – ( Contracting Only )* *Location: Glendale CA* *Need only Green Card and USC. * *Job Description :* Key Responsibilities: • The desired candidate will build and implement reporting solutions with a dynamic client team using MicroStrategy. • This role consists of requirement review, development, documentation, diagnostics, and performance tuning and supporting the existing system. • The desired applicant will be a team player, self-motivated, and driven by success. • They must have strong communication (verbal and written) skills and know how to relate complex problems in simple terms. • This candidate must have strong logical and creative problem . • Solution & analytical skill with a demonstrated desire, interest, and aptitude to learn new technologies. • Other responsibilities include a dedication to quality products, process adherence and a sense of work urgency. • They should be able to execute multiple concurrent tasks with overlapping deliverable dates with complete follow-through and strong attention to detail. Required knowledge and skills: • 7+ years of experience in MicroStrategy Reporting tool. Certifications preferred. • Should have strong Architect ability in implementing BI projects using Microstrategy as the BI tool. • Build complex and effective Reports/Dashboards / Documents. • Very strong SQL skills with the ability to optimize, analyze, DB view, Stored procedure Creation and improve database SQL performance. ( SQL Server, DB2, Teradata is preferred). • Knowledge of dimensional star & snowflake models, data marts, and or data warehouse • Knowledge in Tableau Reporting tool is a great plus. • Strong Written and Oral communication skills. • Agile Knowledge.
