*Location: Orlando, FL or Tampa, FL*

*Rate: $45/Hr.*



*Technical skills:*

·         5 years of experience .NET framework programming experience and
PROD support

·         Experience in querying SQL databases

·         Strong understanding of programming lifecycle, testing
methodologies, and best practices for application development



*Soft skills:*

·         Ability to understand business purpose of application, how the
users interact with the application, and how the business uses the data
downstream.

·         Self-starter, takes initiative to complete tasks, identify
potential problems and areas for improvement.



*Roles & Responsibilities:*

·         Monitor Batch/Mail box/Pager/Remedy

·         Triage Incident/service request

·         Resolve tickets using KEDB information

·         Provide data fixes for batch and online

·         Communicate status of ticket

·         Update shift hand-over

·         Track the ticket to its closure

·         Analyze impact of planned patch upgrade / outage

·         Perform application check out after patch update / outage

·         Have good understanding of onsite/offshore model and have
experience to work in such model and manage offshore team’s work
