Need a Candidate with L3 Experience and willing for day to day operation
work, experience in incident, change and problem management, he will be the
POC for Client, Strong experience in Avaya Gateway, Call Management System
(CMS), Avaya Aura experience portal (AAEP), Avaya Callback Assist
(CBA),Avaya IP Office(IPO), ideally who have support experience for call
center configuration



*Required Skills:*

·         Administration and Troubleshooting skills on Avaya s87xx,S88xx
media servers, Mediagateway(G450,G430,G650),Call Management System (CMS),
Avaya Aura experience portal (AAEP) ,Avaya Callback Assist (CBA),Avaya IP
Office(IPO)

·         Hands-on working experience and troubleshooting knowledge on SIP
technology (Avaya Session manager,Session Border controller) & Avaya Aura
messaging / IVR / VOIP Setup

·         Knowledge of Cisco telepresence and Video endpoints.

·         Hands-on working experience on Voice Solution designing and
implementation of multisite Avaya call centers.

·         Good knowledge in configuring VDN, Vectors, Hunt groups ,Agent
Ids and other configurable components.

·         Responsible for voice HW/SW Installation, maintenance,
Co-ordination with respective vendors, firmware up gradation and patch
management.

·         Responsible in Client Technical troubleshooting calls.

·         Responsible for Backup of Various Voice devices like CMS, ACD,
AAEP,CBA and adjunct servers.

·         Responsible for analyzing usage (License, Link, capacity) and
providing appropriate recommendation to management.

·         Responsible for Coordination with various Internal teams and
External Vendors to meet business Uptime.

·         Achieving Customer SOW uptime commitment
