·         iOS, Objective C, Swift

·         Vast knowledge of current trends in the mobile technology

·         Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to
back-end services

·         Experience developing custom Mobile Apps in iOS backing to sites
developed in Drupal CMS

·         Extensive experience consuming SOAP/REST web services

·         Extensive experience with XML Schemas, AJAX, WSDL, WADL

·         Excellent understanding of usability aspects of mobile
applications

·         Strong understanding of mobile application security

·         Ability to translate business requirements into working solutions.

·         Innovative problem solver

·         Results oriented with an ability to work in team and individual
contributor work environments.

·         Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a
customer service oriented attitude.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



*Responsibilities:*

·         Maintain applications as defined in the scope of the project

·         Provide Level 2 and 3 support

·         User administration, e.g. creation and changes of users, roles
and permissions

·         Investigate cause of incidents and restore user state operational
status as quickly as possible, either by correcting the underlying issues
or applying workaround

·         Complete, submit and review the Root cause analysis for Critical
incidents

·         Bug fixing of client apps and testing with direct interaction
with the users

·         Work closely with Lead to develop and code any specific
components to implement the new functionality or enhancements.

·         Interact with the Quality groups to ensure that the highest level
of quality standards is maintained

·         Report any issues / necessary escalations to Support Leads

·         Create knowledge documents for resolution steps of the incident
for future reference

·         Working on Minor enhancements

·         Managing and implementing Change Requests
