This role will required both installation, provisioining and development of application and utilities supporting Genesys SIP Voice Platform. All development will be for or have touch points with the Genesys CTI Platform. SIP Experience is highly desired. All development will be specific to application and integration of the SIP based VoIP Contact Center Platform. *Specific Skills Required: * - Strong understaning of Genesys Customer Experience Platform with a focus on Configuration and Voice. Strong Java skills. Spring Boot / Spring WebFlux Framework: Preferably Customer System's AppEng "Aluminum" Framework. - Solid foundation and experience with NoSQL databases and in memory caches: Cassandra Preferred.
