In case you are not interested, it will be nice to let your friends know of this position who may be a potential fit. *Sr. Data Analyst with BI/ETL background* *Location:- Carlsbad, CA* *Contract* *Job Description: * - Identify, collect, and assemble relevant data requirements from disparate sources (internal and external) to enhance internal data warehouse systems and reporting capabilities for the organization. - Serve as a subject-matter expert and proactively identify and implement the best methods/models to address complex business questions, such as data visualization. - Coordinate technical efforts of other IT groups and remote teams to ensure effective development, modification, testing and implementation of systems to meet customer needs. - Design and develop various Enterprise Business Intelligence Solutions including business analysis of interfacing and integration with ERP systems of records and development of reporting and analytics. - Develop documentation and training materials, participate with customer groups in the planning for long term systems enhancements. - Hands-on experience on execution of Agile/SCRUM processes and repeatable, predictable, and high-quality delivery of software solutions. - Independent problems solving skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task and apply initiative and creativity on challenging projects. - Ability to effectively present information and communicate findings, conclusions and recommendations to business management. Able to respond effectively to questions from managers, customers, peers and vendors.
