Please let me know your interest. *SQL DBA with Production Support and Incident Management* *Location: Bedminster – NJ & Charlotte NC (onsite after covid)* *Contract* *SQL DBA Profiles with Incident management and production support experiences* *Process Mining Support Engineer Role: (data support engineer) * - Must have 5-7 years relevant experience in Database Support, Production Release Deployments and Change Management projects. - Must have experience on Incident Management, Service-desk Ticket management using industry standard tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Pac2000 (Remedy) etc. - Conceptual knowledge or trainings on Process Mining environments and architecture is required. - Prior Process Mining experience in deploying Celonis process & analyses is recommended but not mandatory. - Excellent communication and ability to attend to problem tickets or Production issues raised by Business users. - Ability to perform problem RCA, log-analysis and come up with initial findings - Monitor Process Mining jobs & loads on daily basis and initiate recommended actions & communications during failures - Flexibility to attend extended hours deployment calls during release windows.
