There has been discussion on BLFS-Dev about the impending addition of
UTF-8 material to LFS. Many of the BLFS packages need to be identified
that there are UTF-8/Locale related issues. See:

It has been determined that a new page will be added to Chapter 2
"Important Information" titled "Locale Related Issues" (title subject
to change if others can provide a better or more meaningful title).
